I don't really save anything to my MacBook itself, everything is in the cloud so I don't have to worry about losing data when doing a clean install. I just had to re-install a few apps and customize my settings again. Edit: I now have Windows 10 on my MacBook via Boot Camp, so whenever I need to use Citrix for work, I use it strictly on Windows.

Instructions
You can uninstall Citrix Workspace app for Mac manually by opening the .dmg file. Select Uninstall Citrix Workspace App and follow the on-screen instructions. The .dmg file is the file that is downloaded from Citrix when installing Citrix Workspace app for Mac for the first time. If the file is no longer on your computer, download the file again from Citrix Downloads to uninstall the application.
Files related to Citrix Workspace App are present in '/Applications/Citrix Workspace.app' and '/Library/Application Support/Citrix Receiver'. After uninstallation process If any files are present in the above mentioned paths you can delete them from Finder App.

Download Citrix Workspace App Mac
- Login to your Citrix Desktop.
- Next you will move your mouse to the top of the screen and click on the black rectangle to show the drop down menu.
- Click on Window button to shrink the Citrix Desktop Viewer Window so you can adjust the size.
- Move your mouse to the right side until the horizontal arrow appears and then drag the Citrix Desktop Viewer window onto your other screen or screens.
- After the Citrix Desktop Viewer window appears on all your screens, click the drop down menu and select Full Screen.
- After clicking the full screen button, your desktop should appear across all the monitors.
